Techpartner Offsite 2025 at Ananta Villa, Lonavala
Last month, the Techpartner team came together for our long-awaited offsite at Ananta Villa, Lonavala from 13th to 15th July 2025. It turned out to be an unforgettable three days filled with fun, bonding, creativity, and celebrations.
We kicked off our journey early in the morning with a bus full of excitement and energy. On the way, we enjoyed vada pav, tea, and coffee before reaching the beautiful villa. After settling in, we dove straight into engaging team activities that brought everyone together. The evening was highlighted by an interactive session with Ravi Sir, followed by great food and conversations that went late into the night.
The second day began with a refreshing morning walk to Bhushi Dam, where we soaked in the greenery and fresh air. After breakfast, we had an inspiring session with Prasad Sir, followed by fun games and pool time that sparked plenty of laughter. Later in the evening, we visited Tiger Point to enjoy the breathtaking views. The night ended on a high note with our Award Ceremony, recognizing the achievements of our star performers. One of the most exciting moments was the “Design the Techpartner Umbrella” competition, where our team’s creativity truly shined.

The Award Ceremony was one of the most awaited highlights of the offsite. Team members were recognized across multiple categories for their hard work, dedication, and innovative contributions. From leadership and teamwork to creativity and consistency, the awards celebrated the spirit of Techpartner and motivated everyone to aim even higher.
On the final morning, we took a peaceful walk to Lonavala Dam before heading back home. It was the perfect way to wrap up the trip, leaving us refreshed, motivated, and more connected than ever.
The Techpartner Offsite 2025 was more than just a trip. It was a celebration of teamwork, appreciation, and creativity. From fun games and inspiring sessions to awards and unique competitions, every moment added to our shared memories. We are already looking forward to the next one!
